Syrinx Strings is a dynamic trio or quartet of professional musicians, with university degrees in music based in beautiful Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.

 

Formed in 2004, their ensemble has provided music for dozens of weddings, receptions, corporate functions, and other special events. They would love to bring their musicality, experience, and professionalism to your special occasion. Syrinx String Quartet are based in Vancouver, but have played at many locations around the Lower Mainland, as well as Whistler, Harrison, Chilliwack, the Sunshine Coast, Gulf Islands, and Vancouver Island.

 

The group has a very large repertoire, including a diverse selection of standard classical and baroque music, as well as some tangos, a bit of jazz and classic rock, some Christmas/holiday music (both traditional and contemporary), as well as the exciting option of strings plus trumpet (for wedding ceremonies).
