Everyday People Typewriter Poems is an interactive literary experience bringing personalized poetry to events across Toronto, Vancouver, and Ottawa. Guests are invited to share a few words, a story, or a topic, and within minutes we craft a custom poem on a vintage manual typewriter. Each poem is read aloud and tucked into an envelope for guests to take home as a one-of-a-kind keepsake.

We are a band of over a dozen creatives with wonderfully diverse backgrounds: published authors, a comic artist, a filmmaker, collage and visual artists, a dancer, actors, and an art journaller. We're students and teachers who bring our typewriter poetry to small tables tucked into cozy corners, to lively conferences, or to the heart of grand banquet halls.
