Josh Moore was raised in the Great Smoky Mountains of Western North Carolina, where his family goes back beyond the American Revolution, and now resides in the magnificent mountain-clad cityscape of Vancouver BC.

 

His folk driven style combines elements of his many influences, John Prine, Guy Clark, Martin Sexton among others.

 

Currently Josh plays lead guitar, sings, writes and tours full time with Montana’s homegrown heroes, Laney Lou and The Bird Dogs, while enjoying an equal amount of solo performances around Montana, the Southeast US and Western BC.
