Steelin’ In The Years gathers together some of the most accomplished West Coast musicians, all of whom possess a common affection for the music of Steely Dan.

 

Their revue features top-notch interpretations of favourite Steely Dan compositions, drawing material from virtually all their albums. It’s an extraordinary show, never failing to electrify and involve audiences!

 

Frontman and lead vocalist Billy Mendoza is also a well-known bassist on the West Coast. He has recorded and toured with country acts Suzanne Gitzi and Lynn Taylor Donovan, as well as recording Artist Phil Kuys, which led to a performance at the legendary Blue Bird Café in Nashville. Billy has toured with Long John Baldry and recorded with Harry Manx.
