Singing and playing professionally for almost a decade, Sam Ellington has been featured in various venues and theatres in Vancouver and throughout Western Canada. Sam is equally comfortable performing contemporary and classic pop and rock songs, as he is singing swing

and blues standards from the jazz tradition. Sam is the featured male vocalist in Kelly Becker’s “Million Dollar Dreamers” Showband.

Sam’s duo provided evening entertainment on Harbour Cruises’ Sunset Dinner Cruise (Coal Harbour) from 2018 through 2022. He has been featured at Frankie’s Jazz Club and at the PNE Mainstage.

Sam is an alumni Perry Ehrlich’s ShowStoppers Glee Group. As a Showstopper Sam performed

with Barry Manilow (Roger’s Arena), Foreigner, The Nylons and Eric Church. Sam was a cast member of the show Jump! A CelebraJon of Swing, Boogie and Blues – and toured Western Canada with that show. Sam was also a principal dancer in the Royal City Music Theatre’s producton of Anything Goes.
