JENESIA is an Edmonton-based pop act that combines vintage and modern musicality to create catchy, emotion-evoking songs and memorable live shows.

 

Between Jenesa's powerhouse vocals,  Alexander's mastery of strings and their talent for harmonies, Jenesia is a must see. Masters of genre-blending, they offer a combination of jazz, blues, folk, and rock in their original music and unique renditions of popular classics. These award-winning songwriters have done over 500 live performances here in Canada and internationally. Jenesia won the My United Way Voice Contest 2018 and were finalists in the John Lennon Songwriting Contest, L.A. Top Voice, Music City SongStar and were nominated for a Gospel Music Award and three Edmonton Music Awards. The couple performs in multiple formats from the duo, using loop pedals and storytelling, to a full-band.
