Led by Juno Award Winner, Steve Sainas, SST (Steve Sainas Trio) is a powerhouse rock band known for their high-energy performances and magnetic rhythmic chemistry. SST features three powerful lead vocalists, whose pitch-perfect harmonies become the highlight of every song.

 

With decades of professional performance experience, SST band brothers Steve Sainas, Bradley Shigeru Uchida, and Terry Tokiwa, deliver Super Sonic Tributes to classic rock legends.

Throughout his music career, Steve has earned several accolades including receiving a nomination for Outstanding Blues Recording at the 2008 Western Canadian Music Awards, and winning the honour to represent British Columbia, Canada at the 2011 International Blues Challenge in Memphis, Tennessee. In 2015, Steve won the prestigious Juno Award for MusiCounts Teacher of the Year.

 

Steve founded SST to pay tribute to the timeless classic rock that inspired him. He brought together top-tier musicians Bradley Shigeru Uchida and Terry Tokiwa to provide the pounding heartbeat of this power trio. Together, Steve, Bradley, and Terry create the rich sonic presence of a much larger rock band.
