Lucy came to Canada from Hong Kong at an early age and graduated with a marketing degree from Centennial College, Ontario. With her ability to speak fluently in English, Cantonese and Mandarin along with her pleasant stage presence, she became also one of the trilingual Asian emcee for many local galas and special events, while developing her event business.

Lucy along with her husband James and her daughter Ophelia are residents of Richmond. She has been a

member of the Lions Club since 1993 and has held many different board and district management positions. She is currently also a member of the Richmond Chamber of Commerce.
